Mr. Chang Wu is Gwen's father and the owner of a popular Chinese restaurant called Mr. Wu's Restaurant, a neighborhood favorite, located in Chinatown. He is loved by the Higgenbottom and the Harper family, especially Bessie and Dominique. He very sweetly humors Bessie And Dominique in all of their crazy schemes and often getting pulled in for moral support.
